Marianna Liosi (1982, Italy) works as an independent curator in Italy and abroad. Graduated in Visual Arts at IUAV (in Venice). Since 2006 she has collaborated and worked in Italian and international contemporary art institutions and non-profit organizations. She contributs as a writer at Drome magazine.

As curator in two weeks residency at Labor, she’s carrying on a research which has started one year ago, concerning the concept of workplace, aiming at the reinterpretation of the work environment put in relation to power strategies, labour, place and time coordinates, worker’s status and finance.
Marianna’s presentation will take place on the 25th of August, 2011, from 7 pm at Labor.
